How NexArc collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you create an account, build proposals, manage clients, or browse the NexArc website.
We collect account details, billing data processed by our payment provider, proposal and client records you create, and standard website activity such as IP address, device type, and pages viewed.
Your data is used to operate NexArc, deliver proposal-tracking and follow-up features, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We never sell personal data.
Account and proposal data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access controls. Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we do not store full card numbers on NexArc servers.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact NexArc support to exercise these rights.
