Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
We work to keep NexArc available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, plan limits, or pricing with reasonable notice.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable-use policy.
NexArc is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
